Our flagship cider is brewed in an English style using a blend of regionally grown apples. Based on my grandfather’s recipe, we brew it with a French champagne yeast to give it a light and refreshing body. The final brew is crisp and refreshing and full of apple flavor, unlike other ciders it contains just a hint of sweetness with no lingering aftertaste.

Dive into our Deep Blueberry Sea! This cider combines our Original Semi-Dry recipe with New Jersey blueberries, and is a balanced cider with sweetness and a tart finish. Enjoy it in a clear glass and note its incredible deep blue color.

The Sir Charles Strawberry Valkyrie is a crisp, semi-dry hard apple cider based on our original recipe. It is then lightly flavored and sweetened with locally sourced strawberries, for a cider that is sweet and refreshing to the last drop.

Sir Charles On Wings of Cherry is another semi-dry hard apple cider based on our Original recipe, but this one is flavored with outstanding New York Sour Cherries! This cider is on the sour side, for those who love a tart beverage, with just a hint of sweetness at the finish.
